  • Usage data: device/browser metadata, interaction events, and performance logs
  • Payments: processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment details

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please avoid including sensitive information in lyrics, prompts, or song titles.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Generate, deliver, and refine your AI songs
  • Provide features like private/unlisted/public song pages and optional gifting flows
  • Improve quality, safety, and reliability (aggregate and de-identified where possible)
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Communicate about service updates, support, and billing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

3. Song Visibility & UGC

  • You choose whether a song is private, unlisted, or public (library). Public songs may be shown in showcases or playlists.
  • Free plans may default to public songs; we will disclose this in-product before generation.
  • Do not upload content you do not have rights to or that violates our acceptable use rules.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure product performance. You can disable cookies, but some features may not work as expected. We do not use cross-site advertising pixels.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted vendors for:

  • Authentication and identity
  • Payments and billing
  • Analytics and logging
  • Content hosting and delivery

These providers may process limited data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

6. Data Retention & Security

  • We retain account and billing records as required for operations and legal compliance.

CustomSong is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not submit data for minors without proper consent.
